Shipping Policy
Orders of our Signature Scents will be processed within one week of ordering. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight/quantity of your order. The expected delivery date is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Zephyr Candle Co. once shipped. Wholesale shipping timeline is dependent on the scope of the order and will be discussed with the parties involved.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Items cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us at zephyr.saltlake@gmail.com for a speedy resolution.
